FAQs

We tried to tackle some of the most common questions we expect to be asked. If we didn't cover something you need help with, feel free to let us know!

Not at all! While our events are still fun for even the most experienced player, we welcome everyone to join regardless of their knowledge. In fact, our DMs look forward to hopefully turning our events into the beginning of a life long obsession for new players.

DM stands for Dungeon Master. Think of the DM as your guide through the fantasy worlds of D&D. They provide the story, describe the settings, they act out all of dialogue for the NPCs (non-playable characters), and they are the final decision on rules and outcomes of events – assuming the dice don’t make those decisions first!

Without a DM, there is no story to tell. Our DMs not only keep the story going, they also make sure everyone is having a good time and feel comfortable playing the game.

Easy! Check out our Events page for all of our upcoming game days. Availability may be limited, so be sure to RSVP on the website if possible to guarantee a spot.

Our games are designed to start and finish in one session. We anticipate most games will take about three hours, and we ask for you to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to get set up.
